I've never been in a fight in my life.

Whoa! Curveball.
Asura had told Michelle to never, ever come over to her house. Michelle decides to take a cue from her book and follow her home. She finds Asura crying in the backyard. Turns out that Asura's mom beats her. Michelle encourages her to get help but Asura feels like she needs to be there for her mom since she's always going from boyfriend to boyfriend and says she's not ready to leave yet.

Asura comments that Michelle is actually stronger than she is since she's getting help/counseling for her neglectful father at home and her pregnancy.

I think this one is my favorite. Doesn't Michelle look so grown-up!? And I wasn't trying to make it look that way...it just happened. I also tried a little different technique with the bush.

And that's the end! This was an illustration experiment and it was a good experience, I think.
